    Whole wheat toast with 1/2 of a fresh avacado spread on it. My FAVORITE breakfast and oh so delish! This is a big milestone for me considering two months ago, I avoided breakfast unless it was something topped with sausage gravy. ;)

    2 slices of Rye bread toasted = 140 calories
    2tsp butter on toast = 70 calories

    270 calories and it was filling and yummy!

    That was me yesterday I only ate an orange for a pre-breakfast snack. I really needed to go shopping, bad!

    I have to eat breakfast like it is supper to feel good the whole day so today I really did have supper:

    1.5 cups of homemade corn chowder (with frozen sweet corn from my dad's field)
    1 chicken sausage link cut up into it
    1 slice of Aunt Millie 35 calorie bread with .5 tablespoon I can't believe it's not butter

    376 calories 6 fiber 3 sat fat 25 protien

    And supper will be breakfast tonight -- 100% whole wheat toast (100 calories - nature's pride) and 1 tablespoon peanut butter

    Completely different then how most people eat - but I have got to front load my calories or I am hungry all day. I'm pretty much done eating by 2:00 pm everyday -- just 300 calories usually from then until the end of the day. Odd, I know, but works for me.
