    Two cups of coffee with Caramel Macchiato creamer, a breakfast sandwich made with one egg, 3 slices of bacon and a Grands buttermilk biscuit. Is that bad? lol! I'm pretty sure I know the answer, but it was soo good! And not my typical breakfast.

    Before gym (snack): MoJo bar (peanut / pretzel), and a coffee with skim milk & 1 tsp. sugar: (239 cal.)

    After gym (brunch): 1 c. smoothie (fat free yogurt, OJ, blueberries, banana), 1.5 scrambled eggs w/ cheese on 2 slices Pepperidge Farm light bread (374 cal.)

    My day isn't usually "breakfast, lunch, dinner."

    It's more like, "morning snack, brunch, afternoon snack, dinner, late night snack."
