I have to say I tried this last week and I lost...I did only loose .2 of a pound BUT I have been trying to loose that for a month!! So I was happy!!0

A looooong time ago, I used this method at the recommendation of my doctor. He called it "caloric shock" or "shocking your metabolism". I lost fifty pounds in about four months combining this method with weight/aerobics 4-5 days per week.
I love it because 1) it works and 2) it keeps me from getting bored with the same types of foods. I love having little "cheat" days too.0 -

I'm on day 5..feeling good. I think it's interesting that you eat the same amount of calories weekly but just divide it up differently. I will post my results once I've hit a full week.0

Week one zig zag done and I'm going for another week. I lost 1.5 lbs ..I usually lose about 1 lb every 10 days. So it's definitely doing something. Post again in 7 days. Have a blessed week.
