I like my beats real fast with the bass down low =) to help get my blood pumping~ so mashups are my go to workout playlist, preferably ones that a re a mix of dance/techno/pop/rap.

    My current top songs~
Sleazy Remix 2.0 -Get Sleazier (ft Lil wayne, Wiz Khalifa, TI and Andre 3000)
Bass Down Low (feat Dev) (Proper Villains remix)
    Raging Levels (Avici//Kanye/Britney//Others)

If your interested in actually hearing the whole song for free some of my workout songs can be found on The Hype Machine under my user name Why_So_Serious

    =D Enjoy!

I listen to the Grey's Anatomy musical event songs. I especially like 'Running on Sunshine'. I like the mix of fast and slow tracks and at 35mins long it's just the right length for my C25k sessions at the gym.

    Big fan of B.O.B., too.

Two others that get me pumped and moving: "Chelsea Dagger" by the Fratellis and "Lonely Boy" by the Black Keys.

Beat Kings ft. Chalie Boy "Crush" I push through just about anything with that song, the beat is perfect
Just about any E40 song of the Ball Street Journal album
Blow the Whistle - Too Short

I've been trying to find some current songs to add to my playlist too, but not too many make the cut these days *shrug*
