    3/17: 146.0 (on the 16th)
    3/24: 145.2 = -0.8
    3/31: 145.4 = +0.2

    So I did not reach my first mini goal and I am totally okay with that. I'm one pound and eight ounces away from it though, and I know I'll make it there within the next few weeks. My weight seems to go slowly.

    My mini-goal was 197.2, so even thought I didn't hit it, I still was .6 lbs from it! As long as the scale keeps trending downwards I'll take it :)

    I was out of town at a work conference all week, and despite working out daily, and trying to do the best I could I'm still up 0.4 lbs this week--could be worse! I'll do better this week. Didn't make my mini goal, so I've revised my other goals accordingly.

    Weighing in at 149. No loss this week, but I'm feeling good about maintaining. It feels like I'm really moving lower now instead of bouncing around. I'm also a week into 30DS and loving it! Hoping to see more of a difference next week. I also took some start pictures when I started the 30DS -- so, eventually I'll post some when there is more change. :)

    Didn't quite reach my mini-goal but close enough. It's been a tough week; I'm staying on track but there's been a lot of water retention. Had Chinese food for the first time in a long time--- could this be the reason?

    Anyhow, we're all working hard and seeing results. Keep up the good work!

    4/14 : 188 :grumble: A little disapointed as I've stayed just under my kcals all week so have earnt a loss. Am only just under each day so my body won't have gone into fat-saving mode. Can only put it down to my body adjusting to my new eating habits. My goal for next week is another maintain as I am on holiday and it isn't realistic to expect a loss although I will try to make healthy choices :smile:

    4/21: Aim for this week - 188 to maintain over holiday.

    Holy cow! I totally killed my mini goal!!!! :-D I was so convinced that I wasn't gonna lose any weight this week. I fluctuated to much this week (mostly gaining weight). I'm so impressed with how this turned out!

    I really havent taking any before and after pics of my progress. But i do have a picture of me 50 lbs heavier on my wedding day 10 months ago. I am going to be taking current pics and will post. Keep up the great job everyone.

    question of the week -

    In 2005 I found myself suddenly & unexpectedly seperated from my now ex husband. I had an 18 month old and was the heaviest ever @ 238 lbs. After some months of sadness and floundering around - I decided to take control of my life by making some big changes including going back to school, church and incorporating a healthier lifestyle. My current weight is 148. I have unmet goals that keep me motivated including running a half marathon (Aug 7) and my final weight loss goal of 135 - I will get there and stay there! Thanks to all on this site for giving me new found motivation!

    Kind of the same, i noticed that as heavier i am i have more problems with my husband, i dont want to go out or get ready and look pretty, do my make up or my hair because i feel its worthless, nothing would make me pretty because im fat, then after a discussion i was eatting my feelings in the kitchen, it was like a circle. Now im back in track, our marriage is better than ever, i feel pretty, i still need to loss about 20 more pounds and im working on it, i will loss those damn 20 pounds!! i have a 6 months old baby and i gained too much weight during pregnancy, thats when my weight problem started, but now i feek great because even if im not in my prepregnancy weight i know im doing something to get there SOON. I love this site, thanks my androind to help me find it!!
