4/14 : 188 :grumble: A little disapointed as I've stayed just under my kcals all week so have earnt a loss. Am only just under each day so my body won't have gone into fat-saving mode. Can only put it down to my body adjusting to my new eating habits. My goal for next week is another maintain as I am on holiday and it isn't realistic to expect a loss although I will try to make healthy choices

Holy cow! I totally killed my mini goal!!!! :-D I was so convinced that I wasn't gonna lose any weight this week. I fluctuated to much this week (mostly gaining weight). I'm so impressed with how this turned out!

question of the week -
In 2005 I found myself suddenly & unexpectedly seperated from my now ex husband. I had an 18 month old and was the heaviest ever @ 238 lbs. After some months of sadness and floundering around - I decided to take control of my life by making some big changes including going back to school, church and incorporating a healthier lifestyle. My current weight is 148. I have unmet goals that keep me motivated including running a half marathon (Aug 7) and my final weight loss goal of 135 - I will get there and stay there! Thanks to all on this site for giving me new found motivation!
Kind of the same, i noticed that as heavier i am i have more problems with my husband, i dont want to go out or get ready and look pretty, do my make up or my hair because i feel its worthless, nothing would make me pretty because im fat, then after a discussion i was eatting my feelings in the kitchen, it was like a circle. Now im back in track, our marriage is better than ever, i feel pretty, i still need to loss about 20 more pounds and im working on it, i will loss those damn 20 pounds!! i have a 6 months old baby and i gained too much weight during pregnancy, thats when my weight problem started, but now i feek great because even if im not in my prepregnancy weight i know im doing something to get there SOON. I love this site, thanks my androind to help me find it!!0 -

Stayed the same this week, hovering at 214 so didn't make my mini goal. However finally had my laparascopic surgery on Friday and am now off work for 2 weeks to recuperate so hopefully things will get back on track. )
Congrats to everyone who is still taking part in the challenge. Regardless of what our scales had to say to us this week, we are still here! Yeah! Have a great week everyone!

I started 6 wks ago when our HOG group did a 5 wk Biggest Loser contest
I didn't win the contest but all I cared about was losing the weight
Since the contest is over, I am glad I found this Challenge.
cause I have taken off . . .
I weigh in every Sat morning so I hope that can be my new start weight of 223.4

so the past two days i've seen 152.something on the scale. too bad i didn't wait one extra day to weigh in i guess it will just give me a bigger loss next week, but i wanted to note i am almost 3 lbs less than my thurs weigh in because if i didn't put it out there i could see myself not trying this week!!0

Your "original chart" is going to be on the previous week's thread (so you have to copy and paste it from week to week).
or you could just put it in a word doc in your computer and save it each week instead of searching for it. Thats what i do. it helps me.0 -
YIKES! Looks like I did NOT meet my mini goal! so close, yet so far! Horrible week haven't been feeling all too well, but will give it my all starting again tomorrow! will DEFINITELY meet my 05/12 mini goal!!!!!
