Random question of the day: What made you decide to lose weight?
Because I couldn't fit into anything and had to go to double digit pant size for the first time in my life. I had a baby 2 years ago and figured it was about time to get rid of the baby weight. And teach my daughter how to live a healthy lifestyle and teach her how important exercise is.
Question of the week - I have done perfectly the last 2 weeks, upped my workouts, watched every little thing I put into my mouth, upped my calories, and started strength training and haven't lost one oz. After many hours of research I guess I am in a plateau (i'm on week 11) so I just keep trucking along but I don't know what else to do so any advice is welcome : )0 -
I crushed my first mini goal and I am only 1lb from my second, I hope I can keep going at this pace!!

I finally broke through mine...wish I knew how eactly. Wel...honestly I think I started zig-zagging my calories a bit. Best of luck getting through it.0 -
Weighing in... I am down 1.5 pounds (from 185 to 183.5). Fell short of my mini goal (180.5), but hopefully I can do that within the next week or two.0

Weigh in today......238.3 for a loss of 2 pounds this week. I am pretty much right on track on losing 2 pounds per week. :bigsmile: Which is really good since I had a very difficult week(Tom and lots of cravings) :huh: I have to drink more water and start exercising. :drinker: This week I celebrated saying goodbye forever to the 240's and hello to the 230's and losing 40 pounds in 100 days with MFP. So I just have to hang in there, it's a long journey but we will all get there. Good job everyone!

Random question: What made you lose weight?
In November for my birthday, my sil invited hubby & I to go to St Thomas ...spur of the moment. I was at my heav iest ever, even more than when I was 9 months pregnant. We were in bathing suits everyday. My sil is a size zero
My other sil is 5'9" and wears a size six and my niece is 18. They always wanted to line up for pictures. I kept trying to hide under a sarong?
After Christmas, my mom got me an android. I found the MFP app shortly after and I'm so glad I did.0 -

I decided to stop feeling sorry for myself, I decided to get healthy and enjoy life and all it has to offer. To get back to who I am, a person that is always going out and having fun, get back to the real me and not who I have become0 -

Managed to lose my 1lb this week but little sister has been in intensive care my sleeping and eating patern has been very erratic and far from healthy fell completly off the wagon being under 3 days and over 3 days this week so I fear the 1lb may come back and haunt me. Sister is much improved though and I am not ruining all my hard work so back on the eating plan for me!0 -
