    I've been out of town all week, so I won't be able to weigh in until Sunday. I've been pretty good with my eating overall, and I've worked out daily so hopefully the numbers will be okay! I'll be back to post on 4/17! :)

    Based on -1lb per week (fingers crossed!)

    Managed to lose my 1lb this week but little sister has been in intensive care my sleeping and eating patern has been very erratic and far from healthy fell completly off the wagon being under 3 days and over 3 days this week so I fear the 1lb may come back and haunt me. Sister is much improved though and I am not ruining all my hard work so back on the eating plan for me!
