I'm 5' 5" and looking to be a healthy BMI - so 150 for starters, then I'll see how I feel at that weight and reassess. I haven't been there since the beginning of high school, so for me it's pretty reasonable!0

I'm 5'5" and I WILL weigh 140 (fully dressed) by October 30, 2011. RIght now I'm at 167.
I think you have to do what is healthy AND what you are comfortable with. Some say you should weight the same as you did at age 18. Well, at 18 I weighted 115 pounds - I looked SICK! (It wasn't on purpose - I was just really skinny.) However, when I graduated college I weighed 125 pounds - a great weight, but I don't want to have to work hard to maintain it. At 135-140 pounds I felt good, and looked good, and could maintain it if I pay attention. So that's what my goal is, and it's a good, realistic one for me.0 -
If I weighed what I weighed when I was 18...I would be 200lbs!!! LOL and If I weighed what I did when I graduated college it'd be closer to 226!! The goal weight I am shooting for, was how much I weighed after I joined Jenny Craig when I was 13 and only 1" shorter then I am now...112!!I'm 5'5" and I WILL weigh 140 (fully dressed) by October 30, 2011. RIght now I'm at 167.

I think 112 is fine for your height. My sister is 5'3 and weighs 108. She looks very healthy. I'm aiming for 120. I'm 5'5.5 but have a very small frame, and at 132 lbs, it's just too much weight.0

5´5" aiming at 140 ish.0

I am 5'5" and was originally aiming for 130, but am at 141 now and am quite happy, so I'm not sure what I am aiming at at the moment. I was 112 lbs when I was 16-22 and was underweight, but am a bit taller than you.0

Hi im 5ft 7 aiming for 133lbs and if i feel i want to go a little lower 130 at most ive never been less than 9 stone as an adult and i liked it when i was 133 lbs in the past0

I'm 5'5" with a goal weight of 122 right now. But I don't know... I could definitely change that. I currently weigh 134.5 and just want to lose a little in my stomach and thighs... so it more depends on how I fit in my clothes and how comfortable I am with my body than the number on the scale. I know under 130 though.0
