    Happpy Easter everyone.hope u all had a great week.
    here are my results for week 3:-)
    Monday
    -walking 45 mins
    -strength training 20 mins
    Tuesday
    -cardio 60 mins
    Wednesday
    -strength training 20 mins
    Thursday
    -cardio 60 mins
    Friday
    -cardio 120 mins
    Saturday
    -cardio 150 mins
    Sunday
    -Easter city wide walk - 390 mins :-)) ...OMG my feet hurt!!but its all good...im ready for week 4:-))

    water as usual is 8 to 10 glasses per day however i have been eating a bit unhealthy due to the long weekend.

    it was certainly great to read all of your posts and congratulations to all!

    Water goal no problem for the 8 glasses goal but sometimes i would have tiny issues reaching my 3L goal.

    Daily Breakdown

    SUNDAY 47-35-12
    WP accelerated Fat burn

    MONDAY 68-48-20
    -WP superfast body blast
    -Gazelle

    TUESDAY 80-70-10
    -Zumba
    -WP fit and famous cardio and abs

    WEDNESDAY 82-62-20
    -Walking 2miles and .5 jogging
    -Gazelle 20
    -WP cardio pilates

    THURSDAY 80-60-20
    -zumba
    -WP total + abs

    FRIDAY 66-46-10-10
    -Bollywood+stretch
    -WP

    SATURDAY-30
    -Quick FIX arms and lowerbody
    -Walk 10

    Here is my results for day seven, week three.
    - I cleaned for 75 minutes and burned 204 calories.
    - I only got in 5 glasses of water.
    Total: 75 minutes. 75 minutes is cardio and 0 minutes is strength.

    Total Weekly Minutes: 301
    Total Weekly Cardio Minutes: 247
    Total Weekly Strength Minutes: 54
    Total Weekly Water Intake: 44 glasses

    chickadees total 6 week progress:
    Total Challenge Minutes: 1171
    Total Challenge Cardio Minutes: 885
    Total Challenge Strength Minutes: 302
    Total Challenge Water Intake: 154

    I did not meet the goal this week, but I did try. My weekend was hectic which might've been the cause. But I am proud of that number! :)
