5'6" and trying to get to 135. That's the best I've ever been and that was with serious muscle weight on me. I could leg press 1.5 times my weight and bench press half my weight. Boy, I looked good then. Not sure I can get back to that as I'm now in the post-menopausal, over 50 catagory with all its attendant problems of slowing metabolism, but I'm trying.0

Hi! I am 5'6", It is said that Anywhere from 130 - 140 is ideal for our height. Plus you have to take into consideration bone structure.
I am not small boned, but neither am I large boned. My goal is 130. I am trying to get to 127, just because that is what I weighed when I got married!! but I've had 4 children and 1 on the way so I don't know if 127 will ever be possible.
When you get to a weight were you are comfortable with yourself, then you have reached your goal!! Good luck!!0 -

when i used to see a nurse at the clinic at uni she said the ideal weight for 5'6 for my frame was about 9 and a half stone thats about 133lbs0

Currently, my goal is 130 pounds, but my main goal is single digit pant sizes (American). When I start heavy weight training this summer, the scale number isn't going to matter a whole bunch anymore.0 -

im 5'6 i range between 128 and 137. summer im closer to 128 because im so much more active. during the school year im usually 132. however when i get really stressed i tend to eat more and then im 137 but i try to never go over that0

I am 5'5" at 168 lbs now in a size 8.....my goal is 155 lbs....I have been as low as 135 lbs but was too skinny at a size 3.0

I'm just under 5'6'' and my lowest adult weight was 125. At that weight, I was really skinny on top, but still looked overweight on my thighs and tummy. That was 20 years ago! I'll probably need to shoot for 120 now that I'm older because I've probably lost muscle mass. Every body is so different, though. Someone 5'6" and 150 may look trimmer than I did at 125.0

I am (maybe a little over), and my first goal is 175. I have a medium frame I think...but I'm pretty sure I'm pumping my goal to 155 once I reach 175, it just depends how comfortable I feel !0

Im 5'6 my start weight was 230
currently im 180
my goal is 130 or 135
I am STUCK on 180. I started at 202 but have been at a plateau of 180 for over a month!! My first goal is 150.0 -
I'm 5'5", and my ultimate goal is 135. I've been as low as 116 (looked horrible), and as high as over 220 when pregnant! I think I looked best at 130-135, so that's where I'd like to be. Since having kids, the lowest I have been able to get is 140ish, but I would love to be in the 130's again!0

I'm 5'6" and my current weight is 138. I began my weight loss journey at 197. At my lowest (about three years ago), I weight 125, but it was too light for me. I regained 22, and have lost 8-12 of that (depending on the day). I have been ranging between 135-140 for the better part of a year. I'd like to range between 130-135. HOWEVER, I am content and happy anytime the scale is under 140....and for that reason, I'm taking Easter weekend off from watching what I eat so closely (I am still getting at least three miles in walking each day). Will get back to watching what I eat on Monday.

I'm 5'6 my goal weight is 154, then I'll see. I've been below 140 and felt and looked great but that was 10 years ago and I think 154 is more realistic for my age now!0
