This thread is one in which a new fitness and dietary challenge is posted each week. The challenges begin on Monday. Lets keep this rolling!

DIETARY CHALLENGE:
Drink a minimum of 80ozs of Water Daily __________________________________________________________________________________________

Just what I was looking for. I wanted to work out for 5 days a week for 45 minutes and this is a great start. New to website and happy to be here. I hope everyone will check in with progress.0

ok i am in but migtht struggle a bit with the water for monday as it is already over half way thru monday here and I havent had much.

Great timing! I was just sitting here, bloated from last night's restaurant meal (why do they empty the salt shaker into every dish?!), and I was trying to justify a day off from working out.

I am in again this week! Last weeks challenge really made me think about things! I struggle with water, so this will help!! I better get started!0

I'm in, too! The water will be difficult on the days that I work because I'm on my own in the store for at least 4 hours each shift and can't really be running out to use the washroom but I'll do my best!0
