    how do you always manage to pick the thing that I am struggling with to help me that week?! :laugh: I def need the water challenge! And its a busy week so the exercise will be tough but I'm going to try to squeeze it in...

    Great timing! I was just sitting here, bloated from last night's restaurant meal (why do they empty the salt shaker into every dish?!), and I was trying to justify a day off from working out.

    So -- I am IN!!

    Might need a crowbar to pry my butt of the sofa, but ...

    I just realized...are you only one pound from goal??? That's awesome!!! I have a pear of pants I have been eye balling at buckle too. :) congrats!!!

    I am in again this week! Last weeks challenge really made me think about things! I struggle with water, so this will help!! I better get started!

    I'm in, too! The water will be difficult on the days that I work because I'm on my own in the store for at least 4 hours each shift and can't really be running out to use the washroom but I'll do my best!

    I'm in -- more motivation to get extra days in the gym!

    I'll echo the carrying around of a water bottle -- makes it super-easy to track what you've drunk. I also like to add a slice of lemon or cucumber to my water for a little flavor. Good stuff!

    Perfect timing! I have this week off so should be able to do the 45mins. Count me in :)

    I did 25 minutes of exercise today, I could double it easily for tommorow, spent too much time enjoying the bank holiday sun!

    Oh wow - a water and exercise week is definitely needed after a 4-day camping weekend:D I will definitely not make it for today but will start tomorrow - looking forward to it!
