    Here is my results for day six, week four.
    - I did step ups for 6 minutes and according to MFP I burned 66 calories.
    - I only got in 2 glasses of water.
    Total: 6 minutes. 6 minutes is cardio and 0 minutes is strength.

    I came up a little short this week, will try to get back on track this week. Makes no sense but I lost three pounds this week!! Got to my first mini goal of losing 20 pounds:)

    Here are my results for Week 4, Day 7

    I did 60 minutes of intervals of running, walking, and hiking through snow banks and burned, per my HRM, 819 calories

    I have had 12 glasses of water, so far

    That puts me at 561 minutes of cardio, 57 minutes of strength training, and 205 minutes of other for a total of 823 minutes of exercise, this week, and I burned 10,665 calories
    Here are my results for Week 4, Day 6
    I did 53 minutes of walking and burned, per my HRM, 530 calories

    I have drank 10 glasses of water, so far today, with a lot of day left

    That puts me at 501 minutes of cardio, 57 minutes of strength training, and 205 minutes of other for 763 minutes this week, so far
    Here are my results for Week 4, Day 5
    I did 75 minutes of walking the dogs and burned, per my HRM, 710 calories
    I did a 42 minute Hip Hop Hustle class and burned, per my HRM, 658 calories
    I did 40 minutes of intense yard work and burned, per my HRM, 563 calories

    I have had 14 glasses of water so far today, with a lot of day left

    That puts me at 501 minutes of cardio, 57 minutes of strength training, and 152 minutes of other for 710 minutes this week, so far
    Here are my results for Week 4, Day 4
    I did 75 minutes of running, with walking intervals, and burned, per my HRM, 1012 calories
    I did a 30 minutes bike ride and burned, per my HRM, 504 calories
    I did 20 minutes of circuit strength training and burned, per my HRM, 243 calories
    I did a 42 minute kettlebell class and burned, per my HRM, 617 calories

    I have had 19 glasses of water to drink today

    That puts me at 459 minutes of cardio, 57 minutes of strength training, and 37 minutes of other for 553 minutes this week, so far.
    Here are my results for Week 4, Day 3

    I did a 37 minute walk with the dogs and burned, per my HRM, 347 calories
    I did 37 minutes of strength training with my trainer and burned, per my HRM, 604 calories

    I have had 12 glasses of water, so far today, but many more to follow

    That puts me at 312 minutes of cardio, 37 minutes of strength training, and 37 minutes of other for 386 minutes this week, so far.

    I really want to take a bike ride as it is so beautiful today, but I have got so much to get done around my house. So, my plan, if I don't just totally wear out, is to get the things done around the house, get dinner cooked, and maybe after dinner take a ride.
    Here is my results for Week 4, Day 2:

    I did 90 minutes of running/walk intervals and burned, per my HRM, 1033 calories
    I did 35 minutes of roller skating and burned, per my HRM, 405 calories
    I did 40 minutes of kick boxing and burned, per my HRM, 575 calories

    I have drank 17 glasses of water so far today

    That puts me at 312 minutes of cardio. I haven't gotten any strength in yet this week,but I will be getting that done tomorrow
    Here is my results for WEEK 4, DAY 1:

    I did 65 minutes of running/walk intervals and burned, per my HRM, 808 calories
    I did 22 minutes of roller skating and burned, per my HRM, 268 calories
    I did a 30 minute bike ride and burned, per my HRM, 554 calories (was pretty proud as I kept it in a high gear most of the ride)
    I did a 30 minute kettlebell DVD and burned, per my HRM, 415 calories

    That's 147 minutes of cardio, so far.

    18 glasses of water so far today but several hours left so I am sure more.

    35 mins - Get Running (wk 2 run 3) :-)
    30 mins - Wii Free Step Aerobics w/8 inch block (still kicking my bum)

    Day 27

    Other: 120 mins - Hiking in Olympic National Park - Absolutely gorgeous day

    Week 4 Totals: 273 mins/Cardio; 15 mins/Strength; 205 mins/Other= 403 mins

    Didn't make my goal of 550 minutes - just not enough hours in the day! I WILL do better this next week although I'm traveling again. I will PUSH!

    80 minutes today and 12+ 8oz glasses of water. (Lost count of waters during a party today, did get 12 glasses in yesterday.)
    516 minutes total for the week. All my water + everyday.

    Hey everyone!

    Sorry I have not posted much this week....trying to wrap up my work for another month is always hectic. Next week should be better (hopefully)

    So here are my numbers for the week:

    Wednesday:
    40 minutes elliptical
    30 minutes-walking

    Thursday:
    60 minutes elliptical
    30 minutes walking
    60 minutes circuit training

    Friday:
    60 minutes elliptical
    30 minutes walking
    60 minutes biking

    Saturday:
    60 minutes biking
    30 minutes -other (walking mowed the lawn with the push mower)

    Sunday:
    150 minutes biking (should be been longer but fighing a 25 MPH headwind makes it ten times tougher. Not to mention I broke something in the gearing so I basically had to keep pedaling or the chain would fall off)
    50 minutes-walking

    9 glasses of water each of those day.

    Total
    870 minutes-145 was strength training and the rest was cardio
    7506 calories per MRP


    Found out today that my name was drawn in the RAGBRAI lotto so I am gearing up for that the last week of July. In case you're wondering that means I will be riding across Iowa over the course of 7 days with about 10,000 other riders.

    Happy fourth week!

    This week i had not lost weight but i will not get down on that news. I have been increasing my strength training so hopefully i have gained a little more muscle. If not, my personal goal is not to be sad if the scale or measurement do not change. I am happy with my successes. As for my log...

    Well it's event time for me so.... Here it is 13,228 cals burned this week and I don't know exactley (as I'm exhausted) but something like 35 hours. It's been a nutso weekend of 18 hour days running through parks, standing, and moving things. Only 5 more hours tomorrow. Then 3 days till my Relay For Life event.

    I've eaten like crap, going way over on sodium and did not drink near enough water. I suffered from edema and cramping so really did focus on consuming more today. It's hard as you're so busy plus the bathroom situation isn't very desirable if you know what I mean. :)

    I consumed my calories in horrible fair food from vendors that want to feed the "help" so to speak. :)

    Amazing how many people out there will/do eat fried twinkies though...and they had fried oreos... Wow... Didn't eat any of that.

    Love y'all and keep up the great work.

    I'm going to drink my water and eat some fruit and veggies..

    I had problems posting this yesterday. I tried twice and no luck, so hopefully this time it'll work.
    Here is my results for day seven, week four.
    - My strength lasted 20 minutes and according to MFP I burned 77 calories.
    - I had to jog in place for 6 minutes for one of my strengths and according to MFP I burned 50 calories.
    - I did a Fitness walk that lasted 43 minutes and according to MFP I burned 428 calories.
    - I did a Seventeen walk that lasted 20 minutes and according to MFP I burned 140 calories.
    - I got in 8 glasses of water.
    Total: 89 minutes. 69 minutes is cardio and 20 minutes is strength.
