    Great Job!! I was 320 pounds at my heaviest and I lost 100 pounds using the old WW points system. I started in Sept and finished in Feb the next year. I also did it visiting the doctor every couple of weeks just to make sure I was losing it safely. Some weeks I lost 10 pounds, You can do this. i am now 177 pounds and feeling great. Good Luck!!
