    I love blue cheese burgers, they're my favorite. I'm thinking maybe use this recipe, but tweak slightly for blue cheese taste.

    Instead of Velveeta, use the new Laughing Cow Blue Cheese light, and Light or FF mayo in place of mustard. Throw in a serving of bacon bits instead of relish. Mmmmmm, gonna have to try that this week!

    This is JUST what I needed! I was looking for something easy to throw in the crock pot and feed a crowd at my 2 boys' and my niece's birthday party on the 29th. I can't wait to try this out. I'll have to leave out the relish and serve on the side becuase my sister in law and cohost of this party is a pickle hater-lol...but it sounds good to me:)

    I don't know how you guys keep finding 95 or 96% lean ground beef -- I can't find it ANYWHERE! The leanest I can ever find is 93%. :angry:
