WOW some amazing weight losses keep it up guys!!!!!!
I have loss 4.8lb this week, from 205 to 200.2, so close to breaking throught he 200lb mark, watch this space cause this week i will be there

Blue team Capitian here I am so proud of this team so far this month we hacwe lost 30.9 lbs way to ge team!! we are lead by our lovely GINAPUFF she is doing an awesome job and i am expecially proud of her she has already lost 10.2 lbs WAY TO GO GINA! i am still missing some weights I sent each of the people an email to remind them to send me there numbers.

I'm so bummed! I twisted my ankle last tuesday so I have not been able to exercise:( I also just went on a trip to NYC so of course I didn't watch my calorie intake. So I gained this week. Well I am determined to track everything I eat and start at least walking this week, next week I am going to try going to the gym and see how the ankle takes it. I'm trying to stay on track, but had a hard time of it this past week. My 4-year-old son had to have surgery Tuesday morning to repair an inguinal hernia. We weren't expecting the surgery to take place until July, but were able to get in this week due to a cancellation. Good that it's done (especially before summer and swimming season), but the timing didn't allow me to pre-prepare healthy snacks and meals.
All things considered, I think that gaining 0.7 of a pound isn't such a bad thing, but I really missed being able to spend time working out. And don't even get me started on the not overly healthy meals we've eaten this week. I'm just feeling a bit frustrated at the moment, but know that this was just a temporary setback.
On the plus side, I'm back on track today, so that should help. And the little guy's feeling almost back to his usual self, so that means I'll actually have time to prepare proper meals!0 -

Unfortunately, they could've lost more and we wouldn't know (or be able to celebrate with them), or they could've gained and then these numbers would be skewed. So make sure to weigh-in!!! And please weigh in no later than SATURDAY night, so that I can post by SUNDAY. PLEASE NOTE: After 2 N/As next to your name you will be removed from the list. It's SOOOO important for you to message me your numbers because although I try to keep up with all of you there are so many of you. And for those of you who did not weigh in, I hope that you stick out this challenge. We're halfway there, and we're DEFINITELY skinnier than when we started.

I was out of town Thursday and Friday and didn't have a scale to weigh in on, but when I weighed in on Thursday morning I was back down to 255, so I'm only +1, not +3. Still sad that it's a + and not a -, but I'll get there!0 -

I had some late entries -- But I wanted to make sure they got to see themselves in the chart. I'm so proud of everyone. This journey would be so easy if it's all we had to do everyday. But the reality is we all have lives in addition to getting healthy. I'm so impressed that everyone works so hard to keep everything balanced.
Remember to keep drinking lots of water -- and keep doing your jumping jacks. Athough I wouldn't recommend drinking a lot of water before jumping jacks. I had quite the odd sensation of water sloshing around last night lol.0 -
