    With the weights I have the blue team is being lead by Ginapuff with an 11.4 lb loss so far this month way to Go Gina great job. everyoneelse (including me ) we need ot kick this into high gear..

    i just remembered that i forgot that I did not post a challange this week. i am sorry that i failed you this week. this week we are goin to have two mini goals the

    first is to do bent arm planks for 1 minute 5 reps with a 30 second rest between reps.

    second one is to perform a wall sit for 5 minutes.
    keep drinking your water.

    Yes, we weigh in every friday and report or weekly weight to our team captain. There are mini challenges every week :) Sure keeps you focused! Hope to see you join in on the June Challenge. I started in April and I have been LOVING it!!!

    I'm so proud of my group. Not only are we losing weight -- but I see my team members reaching out to support and encourage each other. I love getting to know each of you a little more as the weeks go by.

    We did lose 3 mates -- but gained 4 -- Welcome!!! And I'm only missing a couple of people's weigh in for this week.


    I'm really excited about the challenges this week and encourage everyone to above and beyond. I know we're from all over the world (which I love!!) I want to send out a special reminder to the folks seeing the temperatures get higher and higher -- Drink your Water!! We can all think of plenty of reasons to avoid exercise -- I don't want one of them to be dehydration.

    Symptoms
    •Dry or sticky mouth
    •Low or no urine output; concentrated urine appears dark yellow
    •Not producing tears
    •Sunken eyes
    •Markedly sunken fontanelles (the soft spot on the top of the head) in an infant
    •Lethargic or comatose (with severe dehydration)
    In addition to the symptoms of actual dehydration, you may also have vomiting, diarrhea, or the feeling that you "can't keep anything down," all of which could be causing the dehydration. (Source -- http://health.yahoo.net/channel/dehydration.html)

    Major WOOT WOOTs to all the May Challenge Teams -- our numbers are looking amazing!!!

    Actually gaining weight...BOO!:angry:
    Missed working out for a couple weeks due to bronchitis.
    Stress eating-being sick and bathroom remodeling.:cry:
    But no excuses.
    Got back into the gym last Friday and yesterday and plan on Wednesday and Friday this week too.
    Hoping for the motivation with my name and weight in print!::embarassed:

    Yeah Tiffy the extra days will help out on this even though you have done such a wonderful job so far. you can do this heck even if you don't make the 10 lbs (but I know that you will work your butt off to get there) what you've done so far this month is outstanding!! be proud reguardless of what the next 4 days bring just stay on track and know you can do this!!!
