    05/23: ARGH I hate how one bad meal can make me gain so much! Yesterday I was 133.4 and today I am 135.6

    I know exactly how you feel! I gained 3 pounds over a weekend. If losing a pound of fat requires eating 3500 calories less, then it stands to reason that it would require eating 10,500 EXTRA calories to gain 3 pounds. No way I ate that much extra in a weekend!

    Nope no one has said they would take over. It isn't that hard, I have a table all set up with formulas (that another member from here had sent me when I took over. I just changed fonts, and colours to suit me)

    I just am planning a kitchen remodel, finishing up the school year, on top of yard work and activities, and hitting a wall in my own progress and needing to focus on me for awhile. Part of this whole process has been trying to put myself first. Sorry if I am letting anyone down.

    Check in for today... 133.8 lbs!!!! (I had been at 133.0 yesterday morning, but after the day of feasting on pizza, cookie cake, and ice cream for my son's 3rd birthday my weigh-in wasn't as good today. Considering that I went to sleep last night at 135.2 and woke up this morning at 133.8...I'd call that a GREAT SUCCESS!!

    5/1: 139.2
    5/8: 138.8
    5/15: 136.8
    5/22: 134.8
    5/29: 133.8

    I'll weigh-in again Tuesday. Hopefully things will be back to normal. Either way, this has been a successful month. ;)
