    Day 30 DONE!!!!!

    I am very happy with my results. I am feeling a lot stronger and can visually see a difference in my body. I didn't lose a lot of weight - though I had less than a kilo to go to get to my goal weight when I started and I hit that part way through and switched to maintenance calories. I am thrilled with the inches lost particularly the 4.5cm (1.8 inches) that I lost off my hips and the 2cm (0.8 inche) that I lost off each arm and each thigh.

    YEA for you for finishing! I think oyu are the first (maybe only) in the group! I still didn't get back to my lst three days and I've dropped 1.5 pounds since quitting. I don't think I am cut out for Jillian!
