    Weigh in SUNDAY!!!!!

    SW (5/1)- 143lbs
    week 1 (5/9)- 140lbs

    Total Loss- 3lbs this week!!!!!!
    I don't know if it matters, but I met every mini challenge this week too (except answering questions- oops).

    Sorry guys forgot to tell you there will be no questions the night before weigh ins.

    I thought we were weighing in on Sundays? It's just Friday night!

    Monday- eat 2 low calorie snacks. DONE
    Tuesday- lift some weights (more muscle burns more calories) DONE
    Wednesday- another 20 mins or cardio DONE
    Thursday- eat some type of fruit DONE, I EAT FRUIT EVERYDAY
    Friday- 20 mins of cardio DONE
    Saturday- drink at least 8 oz water DONE
    Sunday- get outside and do something…move your butt!

    Monday- eat 2 low calorie snacks. DONE ate a low fat yoghurt tub and 12 nuts:)
    Tuesday- lift some weights FAIL did this on monday and muscles were wat too fatigued to do again
    Wednesday- another 20 mins of cardio DONE i did 40 mins cardio and 20 mins weights today:)
    Thursday- eat some type of fruit DONE i eat fruit often, today it was an apple and a weight watchers fruit salad tub:)
    Friday- 20 mins of cardio DONE i walk 30mins altogether to and from the trainstation to work everyday:)
    Saturday- drink at least 8 oz water DONE i drink plenty of water everyday, that and herbal teas:)
    Sunday- get outside and do something…move your butt! DONE already bin out playing with my dog, and doing washing
    WEIGH IN- lost 1/2 a kg but im happy with that as i had been stuck on 77kg for 3 weeks, aiming to double that this week and lose 1kg:)

    Hi!
    I drank lots of water today......around 7 glasses...

    I weighed in tonight, and happy to report down by 5.6lbs.
    SW (May 1)- 215.2
    CW (May 7) - 209.6

    I've meant most of the goals this week. I started off slow this week, but ended up losing more than i ever thought I could. Im down to 212 pounds.that is a loss of 5 pounds for the week.

    I will be moving my butt in the gym and then my 30 minute walk around the track today! Oh and washing my car =)

    I had one cup of grapes, and some cucumber slices.

    Tuesday- lift some weights (more muscle burns more calories) let’s build those muscles!
    Did this!

    Wednesday- another 20 mins or cardio
    I actually did 60 minutes of cardio this day!

    Thursday- eat some type of fruit
    I ate, pineapple, strawberries, raspberries, and grapes.

    Friday- 20 mins of cardio
    I did 98 minutes of cardio!

    Saturday- drink at least 8 oz water
    I went over, I drank 10 glasses of water.

    Sunday- get outside and do something…move your butt!
    Hopefully going for a walk outside later (:

    Oh NO! I woke up this morning and forgot to weigh in, Is it a problem if I wait until tomarrow am and weigh in then? I like to weigh myself first thing in the morning before I do anything that way time of day and variables stay consistent.

    Oh NO! I woke up this morning and forgot to weigh in, Is it a problem if I wait until tomarrow am and weigh in then? I like to weigh myself first thing in the morning before I do anything that way time of day and variables stay consistent.

    So I decided to go ahead and stand on the scale even though I am soaked in sweat...because I just finished doing 40 minutes of yoga booty ballet...and I have already eaten and drank 4 cups of water! and I was pleasantly suprised to learn that I'd lost weight and decided to log it!

    starting weight for the challenge...247.2 Pounds
    Current weight...242.6 Pounds (4.6 pounds lost)

    Starting Weight: 194.5

    Monday - eat 2 low calorie snacks - ate a fiber bar and some fruit

    Tuesday - lift some weights - did about a half hour of arm exercises with 5 pound weights

    Wednesday - 20 minutes of cardio - did one hour on the Gazelle instead of 40 minutes

    Thursday - eat fruit - I ran out of fruit early in the week, but I did have some fruit at the beginning of the week!

    Friday - 20 minutes of cardio - did about 45 minutes on the gazelle and went for a half hour jog

    Saturday - drink at least 8 ounces of water - I partied this weekend, but drank a LOT of water, at least 12 glasses if not more!

    Sunday - get outside and do something - I was driving back from my friends place most of the day, but did a bit of yardwork

    End of week weigh-in: 190.5!!!! Down 4 pounds!!
