    May 1 = 1 hour at the gym. Lifting/bike/walking/stretching.
    May 4 = 30 minutes running.
    May 5 = 1 hour running.
    May 7 = 1 hour 5 minutes... my first 10K!!!!!
    May 8 = 45 minutes walking/biking.
    May 10 = 30 minutes running.
    May 12 = 1 hour running.
    May 13 = 30 minute walk.
    May 14 = 1 hour 20 minutes running/stretching.
    May 15 = 1 hour 30 minutes elliptical/lifting/biking.
    May 17 = 30 minutes running.
    May 19 = 1 hour running and 4 hours walking.
    May 21= 1 hour 20 minutes running and stretching.
    May 22 = 1 hour 15 minutes elliptical/lifting.
    May 24 = 30 minutes running/stretching.
    May 26 = 1 hour running/stretching.
    May 28 = 1 hour 30 minutes running/stretching.
    May 30 = 1 hour 15 minutes walking, 45 minutes weights
    May 31 = 30 minutes running/stretching.


    Total so far = 22 hour 45 minutes. Well, that was close. Frustrates me, actually, but I know I could have done it if the weather would have cooperated for some walks or bike rides!!! Oh well... great challenge!

    May 23 - Couch to 5K (Week 2/Day 1) 30
    May 24 - Walking 25 mins
    May 25 - Walking 25 mins, Bootcamp 45mins
    May 26 - Walking 25 mins, Couch to 5k (Week 2/Day 2)
    May 27 - Walking 25 mins, Biking 36 mins
    May 28 - Couch to 5k (Week 2/Day 3) 30 mins
    May 29 - Gardening 60 mins
    May 30 - Walking 75 mins, Couch to 5k (Week 3/Day 1) 33 mins, Bootcamp 45 mins
    May 31 - Walking 25 mins

    Week (and a bit) total - 524 mins

    Month total 1490/1440 - Almost 25 hours. Whoo hoo! :happy:
