    Did I reach yesterday's personal goal? yes - sodium is the culprit
    What did I do yesterday that I am proud of? went for a walk even though my heart wasn't in it
    What would I have done differently? chose higher protein less carbs foods
    What is today's personal goals? watch sodium try to increase protein

    Did I reach yesterday's personal goal? mostly except the french silk pie and some chips yesterday
    What did I do yesterday that I am proud of? made time for myself on Mother's day to go to the Y for step
    What would I have done differently? I didn't need more than a bite of the french silk pie
    What is today's personal goals? stay within nutritional goals and already did an hour of step at the Y

    What would I have done differently? Probably could have done with a little less of the homemade Mac-n-cheese

    Monday morning weigh-in :grumble: (Wasn't looking forward to this one. - included flights too and from California and the 10 hour drive to and from Iowa!) Good times though! :laugh: Really staying too high 139.7 Down 1/10 of a pound from my post Jamaica weight! The good news??? almost 3 weeks at home ahead!! My goal is to drop 1 pound per week. FOcus, focus, focus!!

    What did I do yesterday that I am proud of? Enjoyed the day with family :heart: (Mother's Day and my nieces First Communion) and when I got home I went for a 2 mile walk with my boyfriend.
    What would I have done differently? nothing - good day
    What is today's personal goals? track calories, not eat all my exercise calories and the elliptical (DONE!!!! did it twice because yoga was cancelled - 70 mins Woohoo!!!) VEGAS here I come (leaving next Wednesday!!!) :drinker:

    Tuesday 5/10/11

    Did I reach yesterday's personal goal? yes have kept sodium level below 2500 from Saturday til today.
    What did I do yesterday that I am proud of? Played nice with my ex in court.
    What would I have done differently? walked when I got home and then sat by the pool
    What is today's personal goals? continue walking daily

    What did I do yesterday that I am proud of? got back to exercise even though I skipped a day
    What would I have done differently? not been scared of the storms that rolled through at 1am
    What is today's personal goals? keep sodium in check, keep water at 1gal minimum daily, try to focus on carbs more

    What did I do yesterday that I am proud of? Walked 10 miles in a little under 2 hours!
    What would I have done differently? I was not able to eat lunch so I went for prepackaged snacks...killed me in terms of sodium
    What is today's personal goals? Eat lunch today!!!!

    What did I do yesterday that I am proud of? RAN home easily after workout (although it was due to a storm and not personal drive)
    What would I have done differently? not waited so long/late to work out
