Monday morning weigh-in :grumble: (Wasn't looking forward to this one. - included flights too and from California and the 10 hour drive to and from Iowa!) Good times though! :laugh: Really staying too high 139.7 Down 1/10 of a pound from my post Jamaica weight! The good news??? almost 3 weeks at home ahead!! My goal is to drop 1 pound per week. FOcus, focus, focus!!0 -

What did I do yesterday that I am proud of? Enjoyed the day with family(Mother's Day and my nieces First Communion) and when I got home I went for a 2 mile walk with my boyfriend.

What did I do yesterday that I am proud of? Played nice with my ex in court.
What would I have done differently? walked when I got home and then sat by the pool

What would I have done differently? not been scared of the storms that rolled through at 1am
What is today's personal goals? keep sodium in check, keep water at 1gal minimum daily, try to focus on carbs more
