    ending another on program day. it sure makes on feel good.

    i think this weekend i might go out and get me some fabric and patten to make a few sun dresses. been thinking about altering a pattern for a skirt i have to make it a dress. will have to find that one.

    off to enjoy a quite night of tv.

    bump for tomorrow. Didnt get on the scale this morning. Wasnt feeling good about it and since my hormones are still out of wack and I am doing enough crying without the scale yelling at me....I may just skip it this week.

    Well 0.2 lb weight gain, and so totally my fault. Big binge yesterday. BUT, I did make myself accountable for all of it and logged it, which was a real eye opener. So now I am going to use this new self-realization and work my little tushy off for next week.

    quick quick check in. dogs got me up at 4. so headed to the gym for my run, than home shower and back out to do a little grocery shopping and drop off son's uniforms at dry cleaners.

    AFM: Had a good night last night. Got in a short run, and it felt pretty good after being sick for so long! Also did my shred. And ate kind of light yesterday since it's been SO heavy eating-wise lately.

    Plan for today:
    Food--
    B-Oatmeal, light juice, coffee w/sugarfree creamer
    S-Banana, cereal bar
    L-Mixed green salad, baby tomatos, cucumber, spritzer dressing, light yogurt
    S-Celery with natural PB
    D-Chicken fajitas on whole wheat fajita bread, corn
    S-1 c. fat free frozen yogurt...YUM!

    Exercise--
    JM Shred day 25--level 3
    2 mile run with Kadence!

    Good Morning Ladies and Happy Hump Day!!

    I felt a lil exhausted this morning but RIPPED this morning :)
    been drinking lots of water and trying to stay under 1500mg of sodium, been really good! I have started cooking my chicken on sundays, for my work week. That has helped out a bunch!

    Its a sunny day in Portland! It's so nice to wake up to sunshine through your window! It lightens my spirits. In fact, so much that I braved the scale......and it was down! 1.2 pounds light. Not cleared for exercise yet and not logging all day but just watching my portions and cutting out the midless snacking has seemed to help.
