For my sweet, sometimes short-tempered, but always understanding boyfriend of a little over a year.
For my general health, and that I'm FINALLY getting over the pneumonia I've had for 3 weeks.
For my dad and his patience in not seeing me or even hearing from me as often as he should/deserves.
    For music and dance.
For my best friend, who I can always count on for a listening ear and sturdy shoulder if I need. :flowerforyou:
For my mom, who is by far the strongest, most courageous, patient, loving woman I have ever known and who deserves the utmost respect, but doesn't always receive it. She needs a break from everything!!!
For my brother, who has thoroughly managed to teach me the importance of being a patient, mindful, and caring sister.
For my stepdad, who tries his hardest and succeeds in providing well for our family.

I am grateful that I have the strength on my own to make fruits and veggies for dinner, instead of the delicious looking pasta or the chocolate in the fridge!

I am grateful that I have an amazing boyfriend, friends and family who support me on my journey to weight loss, and for the new friends I have met on this site.

I am grateful that I have a house, with a fully-stocked fridge and cupboards, and I tell myself that many people don't have this. What kind of person would I be, to stuff my face full of foods I don't need, or even really want, when there are people all over the world who are starving and would do anything for the food I waste?
