    hooray hoorah! I made it to 136.8 this morning (pre-baby#2 weight!) and my BMI no longer reads "overweight"!

    So excited, but since I was at 137.4 on Thursday, I'm keeping that as my weigh-in for the week. Yea...next week is going to be good!

    Finally lost more than a pound in a week!! I am so happy! I tried eating a little more this week, because I usually have a reaaly hard time getting in enough calories on all healthy food! Guess I did something right this week!! Great job everyone!

    Just 3 more weeks left! Probably won't meet my goal but I am striving to do my best!!

    Random Question:

    What are 5 ways your life has changed since we started this challenge?

    Since we stares this challenge I have noticed that I work harder to stay accountable, have good weeks and bad weeks, but am way happier! I look in the mirror and see my body becoming what it was before kids! Mind you I still have about 20 pounds to lose! I never liked coleslaw or fish, but now I crave both! I used to like going out but the food doesn't taste as good as it used to! Now I just like to go to spend time with my hubby and children!! I have also noticed that I crave an evening run, doesn't happen as much as I would like but my body is finally beginning to want the challenge!!

    2. I've realized challenges & mini-goals keep me motivated. (Hint, hint, another "Beach Ready Summer Challenge " maybe)

    Sooo.....random question:

    If your are in for doing another challenge when we finish this one, what time frame do you want? Also, do you think our little group should have a snazzy name like so many of the other groups do. (Suggestions greatly appreciated!) :bigsmile:

    I am totally in for another challenge! 12 weeks would be great!! By then hopefully I hit my final goal!! I am not positive what weight I want to be but sure I need to get my *kitten* in gear and lose the fat and work on the toning!!

    I sure would love another challenge...I think it would be great if we had something every week where we done something more or something less...for example week 1,no soda,week 2 workout 40 mins a day,week 3 do 25 jumping jacks a day etc etc, I think that would be cool for a lil spice up but its just a suggestion ...I love this challenge group no matter what :)

    I guess I thought I would get my act together this week and although I did more exercise, I also over compensated with the eating.
    I love this challenge and would of loved to have reached my first goal. I will settle for a new goal and try harder for the next four weeks!!

    I'm ecstatic that I met my goal this week! I can't believe how successful I've been with this journey. I can't wait to break into the 160s. The lightest I've been in the past 8 years or so is 174! I still can't believe I've lost almost 30 pounds in only 4 months.

    How about something like "12 weeks to Meet the New me" a pun on our wonderful mentor and thread organiser or is that totally stupid?
