    Bump:) Planning tomorrow's breakfast and gathering some options. Have w lot of this stuff on hand - the question is- which combo to go with? Coconut sounds interesting... With some vanilla almond milk, a tbsp cocoa powder and chopped almonds - would it mimic an almond joy?

    Word to the wise. Don't do this. It's gross. I was disappointed and couldn't make myself eat it. Ended up going down the garbage disposal and it was a fruit smoothie for me! :laugh:

    I eat oatmeal 5 days a week. I mostly make it with cinnamon, raisins, and a 1/2 packet of Stevia. Soooo yummy and filling :) Sometimes when I'm feeling like doing something different, I'll do molasses instead- gingerbread oatmeal :) Before I started my lifestyle change I always made it with brown sugar and cinnamon.

    My oatmeal recipe is 10 g dry oatmeal; 10 g dry ground flax seed; 100 g water, 100 g frozen blueberries OR mixed berries. Microwave for 3 minutes. Add 1 tsp stevia and 1 tbsp nonfat plain yogurt
