Real quick
1) The goal is 35 flights of Stairs (Approx. 1050 steps total) for the entire week. If you would like do it every day that is GREAT!
2) If you prefer, feel free to log it as Steps instead of Flights
3) F/V= Fruits and Veggies
4) I did the Stair Master today and I counted 15 steps per floor. Therefore, for this challenge 2 floors = 1 flight on the Stair Master
5) I probably wont have much time on the computer over the next couple of days. So, if you have a question for me, inbox me. I'll get back to you as soon as I can

ok... I did the stairmaster...since it is 2 floors for 1 flight of stairs... it's not 96 for me... it's 48 for me. I only did ONE serving of veggie's... I will do better tomorrow with that.

Just got back from the stairs, and I must say, I never thought it would be so bright at the top floor of my building! Wow! And a great view. I only counted the steps going up, but I was going up and down those stairs! 15 mins total, and 185 calories burned. SWEET! :bigsmile: Now my legs are shaky and I still have to do the Shred!! :noway:

With the calculations at the start of the challenge, I realize that I have to go up and down the stairs 10 times to equal 5 flights. I definitely did that today while doing laundry. Does that count? It wasn't "formal" like me doing it consistently. I don't want to "cheat" if that's not what you meant and doing laundry doesn't count as walking flights of stairs. I think I should considering its harder because I'm carrying a basket of loads. Anyway, just let me know if its breaking the rules or not. If it is, I'll change it back to 0.0 -
