ok... I did the stairmaster...since it is 2 floors for 1 flight of stairs... it's not 96 for me... it's 48 for me. I only did ONE serving of veggie's... I will do better tomorrow with that.

With the calculations at the start of the challenge, I realize that I have to go up and down the stairs 10 times to equal 5 flights. I definitely did that today while doing laundry. Does that count? It wasn't "formal" like me doing it consistently. I don't want to "cheat" if that's not what you meant and doing laundry doesn't count as walking flights of stairs. I think I should considering its harder because I'm carrying a basket of loads. Anyway, just let me know if its breaking the rules or not. If it is, I'll change it back to 0.0 -

I'm counting the flights of stairs I climb at work or take at the subway. Guess this means I need to stop taking the escalator. ;-)

Phew, I just finished my steps and holy cow - 5 minutes of jogging up and down stairs is KILLER. Love this challenge!
I'm changing the way I count the challenge to stairs as opposed to flights b/c I'm using the stairs in my house which is 14.

TeamLeela~The challenge is to walk up the stairs. So going down them doesnt count. It doesnt matter what you're doing, as long as you're walking upstairs, it counts. So, keep doing that laundry girl
