    Somehow I went up 4 pounds back 158.8 from 154.8. I'm hoping it's a fluke on the scale and everything will be back to normal soon. I had 3 parties this weekend, but only one day over in calories. Went over in fat couple times though :-(. Gnus week must be better!!

    Oh and I did inches at the beginning and will go it at the end.

    Pounds lost since last week: Well, last week I was 148. Then I had family over for the weekend so even though I managed to mostly stay under my calorie goal, I ate like crap so I think I'm holding onto some water weight. I hit 150 yesterday but this morning I was back down to 149.6.

    Question of the week: Are you tracking inches too? Yes I took my measurements when I started MFP 2 weeks ago, but since I haven't lost any major weight yet I'm gonna hold off. I'm starting 30DS today so I will most likely take measurements 2 weeks in, and then again at the 30 day mark.

    WORKOUTS THIS WEEK:
    Monday: 30DS + Elliptical
    Tuesday: 30DS
    Wednesday: 30DS + Elliptical
    Thursday: 30DS
    Friday: 30DS + Elliptical

    Question of the week: Are you tracking inches too? Yes, every couple weeks. I seemed to gain inches while losing weight this week though so I don't know if I measured in slightly different places or what.

    Workouts for the week: I've unfortunately just come down with a bad sinus infection, so I'm going to take the beginning of the week off and then do my best to get in at least 3 of my C210K runs before it ends.

    Question of the week: Are you tracking inches too? Yes. Throughout this process I've been tracking my waist, belly-button waist and hips about once per month. I have seen a dramatic decrease! My waist at my belly-button has gone from 38 inches down to 29 inches since January 4, 2011.

    MONDAY: abs, weights, and elliptical
    TUESDAY: swimming for 90 min
    WEDNESDAY: abs, weights, and elliptical
    THURSDAY: abs, weights, and elliptical
    FRIDAY: swimming for 90 min
    SATURDAY: swimming if my team has practice, if not then kickboxing for an hour, weights, and abs
    SUNDAY: rest! maybe a long walk

    Pounds lost since last week: 0.6 pounds (easy does it :P)
    Question of the week: Are you tracking inches too? NO I'm tracking centimetres :P have lost 4 - 5 cm off my Tummy, 3 - 4 off my bum and 2 off each thigh :)

    Managed 4 x cardio, 2 x weights and 1 x yoga last week

    Goals this week:
    - Eat less sugar
    - Do 5 X Cardio, 3 x Weights and 2 x yoga!!

    Hi,

    What I wrote yesterday was for this week. Not sure what day I'm supposed to be posting stats. I weigh on Friday, so let me know if that day is okay to post or when I should post.

    Here is my information.

    Starting weight in February: 132.5
    Last week: 127.5
    This week: 127 (I finally lost after 7 weeks of a plateau!!!)
    July 4th Goal: 122
    Today I did 60 minutes on the treadmill, which was over 4 1/2 miles and 500 calories. This week I will also take an aerobics class, run, and do P90X. Trying to not snack this week. Snacking is my weakness. I hope to stay within my calories every day.
    I do not measure inches. I just use my clothes as a reference.

    I counted my calories, did hot yoga every day of the week, and cycling to and from work every day.

    I've been measuring myself and I highly recommend it to everyone! It took me almost 2 weeks to lose 1lb, but in just this week I lost 7 inches overall! So, get to measuring - it's a big motivator, especially if your scale is being stubborn. :grumble:

    This week's projected workout: (it's expected to rain, rain, rain all week so likely no cycling :frown: )
    Monday: hot yoga (done!), start the two hundred sit-up plan.
    Tuesday: hot yoga
    Wednesday: hot yoga, two hundred sit-up plan
    Thursday: hot yoga (I'm a broken record!)
    Friday: hot yoga, two hundred sit-up plan
    Saturday, Sunday and Monday are likely to be write-off days, as I'm going out of town for the long weekend. So, no exercises, but I'll try my best not to go crazy with the calories. :drinker:

    Question of the week: Are you tracking inches too? I just started tracking inches this weekend so I'll report those at the end of the week.

    today my son was sick so I was on my feet making chicken noodle soup for about 2 hours.

    I need to consider mini-goals cuz not losing a lb. has really ticked me off.
