I know it doesn't count anymore but I did 306 squats in 16 mins this morning! I am happy that I waited till this morning to push through them. It is my first time I have crossed over into 300 and I am so very excited and proud of myself!0

If you're at home/other and don't have weights, you can always use bottles of water, canned food, jars of peanut butter, flour, sugar, etc in place of weights!0
