I somehow managed to lose this thread and posted to the old thread. I would love to do another 12 week challenge. I have to look back through the old threads to find my goals since I didn't write them down.
Weigh in for me is tomorrow when I go to work for a meeting. I am trying to only weigh in on the ER triage scale since it is the most accurate.0 -
