Well, mine was 100x worse than yours when i was 240lb, in all fairness mine has improved ALOT
I doubt it will ever be brilliant but tbh its live-able its no where as bad as mine use to be.0 -
I have the same problem. I do lots of plank exercises, weight train and eat really clean and it has improved a TON!! I don't think it will ever be back to the way it was but it has improved. I have four kids and three are under four years old!! Make sure you work your core all the way around, just doing crunches aren't going to do it.0

I worked out like crazy, but still needed a tummy tuck. Still, you should work out before the surgery otherwise the surgeon will staple your abdomen muscles together. My abs were in great shape so no stapling was needed. This makes for a lot easier recovery. Plus, you should work your abs regardless, and will still need to after the surgery.0
