Just wondered if anyone else is starting 30 Day Shred tomorrow? I am and thought it'd be nice to have a thread going so we can encourage each other.

I will start it (again) tomorrow! Maybe I will stick to it this time! I will be doing mine late tomorrow because I have a 3 hour drive tomorrow morning and won't be home til late, but I will still plan to do it.0

It's a DVD by Jillian the trainer from Biggest Loser US. It's brilliant, I watched it whilst eating my lunch yesterday lol, and it looks doable. All the reviews I've read about it have been brilliant too. I paid £5 for a copy from Amazon.
Ah awesome! I'm so glad there are a few of us, I was worried I'd be alone!! I'm actually really excited about starting. I don't have any weights though so will be using bottles of water or maybe tins of beans haha!

Ahhh, yesterday I did the first day and it was soooo exhausting! My face was dark red, the sweat running down, I was pufffing, but I made it.
and today again, puhh, but I'll do it, I want to lose those nasty unnecessary pounds!

Day 2 is done...the morning is much easier for me than the afternoon....KEEP UP THE GREAT WORK EVERYONE!0

I dont know about anyone else but my legs are killing me today...probably shouldnt of doubled up on day one....back at it tonight after the gym0

I thought I was ok, but then tried putting my arms above my head & almost died!! they're killing - it was so painful! really looking forward to Day 2 though. I've done a stupid thing & said I'd do it with my mum, but also said I'd do it with my partner, so I'll be doing it in a moment then again at 8pm when my OH gets home. Regretting it? Definitely!:noway:0

OK I was going to start yesterday with yall, but I had to drive a total of 8 hours when it was all said and done. I did not make it home til after midnight and I was so tired. I crashed as soon as I got home. I am going to do it at 10 am (morning snack for my kids) then maybe try again later to catch up. If not I am sure I will add session one day soon to catch up.0

My Day 1 is complete!!!! I know I am behind by one day....will try to catch up tonight!!!!!

Just finished my first one for Day 2 & I thought I was dying, my arms were shaking, my legs were killing!! I really like this DVD though, so glad I got it, I've left a copy at home, one at my mother's and one at my sister's so I have no excuse not to do it (unless my legs & arms fall off which feels a real possibility at the mo!). I'm so so proud of myself even though it's only day 2 :-)

I just finished day 2 and it was not as bad as day 1.
today in the morning i had such sore muscles, that standing up hurt every time.
Motivated to go, hopefully without pain0
