I made these tonight and they are awesome. I made half a recipe since I didn't have 12 ozs of chobani. I used graham cracker crumbs - 2 tablespoons was plenty for 6 muffins. So when I plugged it in the recipe calculator they were less than 45 calories each so of course I ate 2 :laugh:0

I am new to the community and love looking at other people's recipes for ideas, so as to mix it up and not get bored. A couple of people have said they used almond or vanilla extract to help flavor the greek yogurt. Can anyone tell me the amount of extract they used (almond or vanilla)? I'm pretty much go by the recipe kind of girl and need to know how much to add. I look forward to learning more recipes!0

These look SO good. I'm afraid if I made them the mixture would never make it to the cupcake molds....I'd eat it right out of the bowl!
But I need to try it..... after my 19yr old son moves out.....0 -
