I got mine down to 48 calories a serving, but I used reduced fat vanilla wafers as the crust and sugar free coconut milk. Something went wrong somewhere because some of the pudding clumped up. I don't know if it was the vanilla I added or the coconut milk. I'm thinking the coconut milk because there was a little after taste that lasted for like a second.
Note I didn't crush the wafers I just put them in the bottom of the liner. They are a little small in diameter then the cupcake liner.0 -
