    Great! Today is my C25K day. Team Indigo we got this.

    Yeah team indigo!! I'm loving that my partner can exercise hard - sorry team mate... I'm still at least another 3 weeks till I can go hard at any exercise that involves the lower extremeties (knee surgery recovery) - I'll work extra hard at the upper body though - I'll look like Humpty Dumpty but I'll do it;)
    Haven't done so well on the water - better get drinking! Will be up to the washroom all night at this pace though;)

    Mini Challenge accepted. Today I turn 29 and I will be drinking 8 full glasses of water and running 2.5 miles. Have a great day everyone.

    water: 12 cups - it was SO hot out today I was constantly dying for water
    exercise: 80 min- I walked instead of drove to do my errands today so that was about two miles and I did NMTZ

    Glad I checked this thread, mini challenge accepted! I drank 9 glasses of water and excercised for 60 minutes.

    If one of these people is your partner, please send them a message (and a swift kick in the bum... just kidding!) and let them know I need their starting weights - I don't particularly feel like tracking people down and finding out their current weight/start weight for the challenge.

    If you're one of these people and you had something come up, please LET us know. We are not psychic (as much fun as I think that would be) and we cannot read your minds, especially if something is wrong. A quick message to either Andrea or myself would be extremely helpful.

    Woohoo! 9 cups of water and 42 minutes of exercise. Started the C25K program today, and that helped out. :) Awesome challenge!

    Woops didn't see the mini challenge yesterday, so I will aim to drink my water and get 30 mins exercise in today instead.

    I'm back at work today so should manage the water, now I need to gee myself up to go for a jog at lunchtime.

    I'll try and check in every day so I don't miss anything.

    Seems we are off to a good start.

    Killed yesterday's mini challenge... 10 glasses and completed the Fight Conditioning workout from Rushfit (1 hour). Now...to work on today's. :)
