    I been doing the 30DS. Just finished day 10.

    I do kickboxing and zumba on tuesday/thursdays

    I was thinking about trying out hot yoga!

    I'm watching my intake this weekend -- that's usually my downfall. So this Thursday, I'm mapping out my weekend meals and sticking to them. I'll also be hitting the gym every day and drinking plenty of water! I see good numbers in all of our futures!!

    Glad you all could find the thread. Hope everyone has gotten round to adding people. This should be a fun challenge, Ive been going through some serious withdrawal since the end of last season of true blood, cant wait till it starts up again!!

    Yay! I see most of you have made it here....Im glad to see you all are fired up and ready to take the other teams down!!! :devil:

    Im sure everyone is doing their own little bit to stay on top this week. But how about adding a mini challenge every week to kick things up a notch???
    Im thinking we should have 3 mini challenges to accomplish everyday which are fitness, diet and emotional.

    So here are the challenges for this week:

    FITNESS: take 500 hundred more steps each day....Its spring people! you'll be amazed just how beautiful it is outside, go for it! :flowerforyou:
    DIET: try a different fruit each day....I have to admit im a bit wary of this one, but you never know whats out there til you try! :wink:
    EMOTIONAL: everyday come up with a new word to describe how awesome you are....today im "strong!" how about you? :bigsmile:

    This thread isnt for weigh in but for support, so try to long in each day and tell us how you doing!

    FITNESS: just did a 6mile walk, it was great!
    DIET: i tried blue berries today,.....I guess i dont like blueberries.lol :ohwell:
    EMOTIONAL: today im "STRONG"

    Did the 500 extra steps today....it isn's spring yet in WA state...smile.
    My fruit today was a pear....fresh picked.
    And my emotional word today is OUTSTANDING!

    Good morning ladies and Happy Friday's Eve!! Great idea to have mini team challenges, Max!

    On the fitness front, I'll make myself leave for lunch and get a nice walk around the block in. That should give me my 500 extra steps!

    For fruit - I'm going to have a mango! Not really new to me, but I haven't had it in awhile!

    My fitness goal : P90x plus 2 hours of Just dance 2 with my girlies. I watched 7 kids today, so I KNOW I took and extra 500 steps...easily!

    Fruit: I love fruit but really don't think it would be realistic for me to try a "new" fruit every day. I don't think there is one at the store that I haven't tried. Anyway, I'm having a granny smith apple (very yummy with laughing cow light swiss) and an orange later in the day.

    Emotionally: I'm going to have to say a little bit of everything today, I'm super stressed with so many kids here, but SOOO relieved that hubs got a new job that will not require us to move out of state. Really I'm just a bix mix of everything today! :)

    and now I know why my weight has been sitting still...not eating back my exercise calories! I was putting my body in starvation mode. We're going to win!!

    great workout day today, did zumba and shook my booty like there was no tomorrow, lol.
    didnt really have any fruit today, unless you count tomatoes which is totally a berry so it works! lol :wink:
    today im ENERGIZED. I guess i woke up on the right side of the bed this morning.

    Where is everybody today??? Hope you've all got a great day planned! Anybody have big plans for Memorial Day with strategies to stay on track? No plans here, business as usual. BUT Tuesday will likely be a bad day as we are going out to the Casinos with a friend from out of state. Will be working on a plan of attack to survive the temptations....

    So today I ran a 5K and then swam some laps in my brothers pool in fla. visiting my family. I had a mixture of strawberries, blueberries, and banana in greek yogurt mixed with homemade keefir. The word for day is elated. My mother got out of rehab after back surgery and I am visiting with my sisters, brother, mother, aunt and uncle and 2 beautiful neices. Stay strong over the long weekend and enjoy yourself, but don't beat yourself up if you falter because I have learned this is a life style change and life has many hills and valleys on our journey. This is what makes life so interesting. Hang in there Team Living Dead.
