    That is amazing congrats...and like everyone else asking what low carb high protein diet are you following and what are you doing at the gym? :)


    at the gym i always warm up with about 20min of cardio of some kind (usually the elypitical) and then I lift weights and do core then finish out with some HIT :) diet is 80% of the battle though!! I eat lots and lots of chicken, protein shakes, fresh veggies and fruit. whole wheat EVERYTHING!! if its not fresh produce, meat or dairy, i'm not eatin' it!! good luck!
