Can I join as well?
I'm so glad I found this post. I recently bought Jillian's 30 Day Shred and started it this morning.

I did it this morning and was surprised at how it really worked your body in just 20 minutes. I'll be back doing it again tomorrow!0
-
D2L1 - 2 breaks in first cardio
Surprisingly I wasn't too sore this morning so decided to do day 2 early. Felt the same as yesterday - exhausted! Enjoyed it though!0 -
Just finished Day 2 level 1, only took 1 break (bicycle sit ups at the end kill me) same as yesterday.
I really ached this morning!!0 -
I did D1L1 last night and about to do D2 here in a minute. I'm going away tonight so I won't be able to do it later. I think I took one break
My weight yesterday morning was 167 (5'6"). I would really love to lose 20 lbs. I also completed C25k not that long ago and I'm running 2-3 days per week.0 -
D2L1 this morning.
Breaks- 1
A little sore, but that just means it's working. It did go by faster the second day, probably because I knew what to expect.0 -
I woke up and was so excited to see you guys pulling through with Day 2. Getting my workout in in 20!0

Day 2/Level1

Damn circuit 1 is so hard!! But you get through it. Those squat and overhead dumbell presses KILL my shoulders. And then later on with the side lunges you do even MORE shoulders. I am not trying to build shoulders here. I am going to modify the side lunge move and do a side lunge/tricep press move instead.0 -
I brought the DVD a couple of weeks ago and have done it a few times but haven't been doing it everyday so I think I need to join as I have 30 days until my holiday now!! Count me in!0
-
Wasn't able to start today. Need to get those hand weights ASAP.0

D3L1

Used different weights today, they might have been a little too heavy. It's still goes by pretty quickly, I'm done before I know it.0 -
D3 L1
Breaks - one! Hurrah! I'm getting better!
Sweated buckets though
I really didn't feel like doing this today as I did the first day of C25K this morning and nearly died, but I forced myself to do it and now am so glad I did0 -

I didn't want to do this today either. For some reason I thought I'd weigh myself this morning and the number was really discouraging and I almost felt like eating cookies to make myself feel better. Well now that I've done it feel FANTASTIC!!!! Circuit 1 still is so hard but I feel like overall I am getting better! Woo!!!!
Enjoy your shred today ladies!!0 -
D3L1 done 1 break (bicycle crunches again!!!!)
Done the dvd right after an hour of cardio/weights at the gym.
Roll on day 4.0 -
D4L1 done 0 breaks (I finally completed the bicycle sit ups)
I also just updated my measurements on this site & was amazed to see that I have lost 2" from my hips already.0 -

Used different weights today, so I got through it without taking a break. I swear it goes by quicker everytime I do it.0 -

Circuit 1 still kills. Used heavier weights today on circuit 2 and 3. I like knowing the order of everything by memory now (pretty much), so I know to leave my weights on the floor for the beginning of circuit 3!! Feels amazing when I am done!0 -
D5L1 done
Breaks: still one!
I was so tempted to have a break today, but I had an hour to myself so decided to just get on with it! Pleased I did now0 -

Sorry I have not posted. I missed 2 workouts over the weekend but I am going to just jump back in as day 5 since I do not need breaks.0

Will be back to it tomorrow for Day 6!0 -
