    Weighing in early because I'm heading out of town for the holiday weekend. Will try to behave myself!!!

    SW: 150.6
    GW: 145

    Week 1 (6/6/11): 151.6
    Week 2 (6/13/11): 150.7
    Week 3 (6/20/11): 149.3
    Week 4 (6/27/11): 148.8
    Week 5 (7/4/11): 148.7

    Only a loss of 0.1 this week--so not really a loss, but TOM is here and I wasn't totally on my game this week. Didn't make my challenge goal, but at least the scale is still moving in the right direction--even if it is at a snail's pace!!!

    What's the next challenge? I'm guessing a labor day challenge?? Labor Day is only 9 weeks from July 4th! :smile:

    Didn't quite reach my goal, but I'm satisfied considering all that's going on in my life (remodeling the house-- no kitchen!) I'm looking forward to the next challenge and striving to reach my first real goal of 145. Getting close!

    I will weigh in tomorrow. My goal is 255 and as so this morning I was 255.8. I am hoping I can lose .8 in twenty-four hours. Wish me luck.

    I didn't make it to my goal weight, perhaps losing 10 pounds so quickly was a bit much for a beginner...BUT I am sooo proud of myself that I lost as much as I did, that's a huge step for me. Not only does the scale say so, but I've had a pair of jeans in my closet that I love but haven't worn in probably over a year because they are too tight. I think maybe I've worn them for a couple hours a few months ago, but then they started digging into my hips and hurting! Well yesterday I wore those bad boys ALL day with no problem!!! So YAY me :) Hope everyone enjoyed doing this challenge even if they didn't make it to their goal, I know I did! :) Hope everyone has a great and safe holiday!!!

    For the next two weeks I am planning on working out on the elliptical for 7 - 10 minutes everymorning before taking a shower to see if I can speed loss up any. I am not a morning person. I will do my usual evening workout too.

    Wk1 (6/06): 185.5lbs. not going in the right direction but I have been drinking 8 glasses of water each day...and I hate water so I'm trying :)
    Wk2 (6/13): 183.5lbs...okay started eating more and got off of the plateau...go figure

    Wk4 (6/27): 181.5lbs...maybe I'll make it to half my mini goal by next week.
    Wk5 (7/04): 181.5lbs...oh well still gonna keep at it :)
