Been falling down on the job this month! I am feeling overwhelmed with lots of problems at home and work so my focus has been off. Been getting in plenty of exercise as I am still trying for my bike ride across Iowa but my eating habits have been horrible. Need to take some time and try and get back on track but I don't see me hitting that goal in just over week.0 -

UNHAPPY doesnt cut it. I have put on 3lbs and I have no idea why, I had one bad night at the beginning of the week but other than that Ive been good, so grumpy, I only had 1lb to go to my goal now I have 4lb

For the next two weeks I am planning on working out on the elliptical for 7 - 10 minutes everymorning before taking a shower to see if I can speed loss up any. I am not a morning person. I will do my usual evening workout too.0
