Grrrr, I was all the way down to 167 and then slacked on my eating, and didn't workout for 3 days. Back to 168.8, but I'm not complaining because that's still down 1lb from last Monday. :flowerforyou:0

Is this a closed group?
I see from the first group chart that its pretty large one!
But I'm a 'pin-up' at heart, even if I don't look much like one anymores! LOVE LOVE LOVE the vintage look and have worn it for a long time before my recent change of look!! (I'll put pics on my profile of me with my 'victory rolls' in about 3 years ago when I was a smallerweight, but it dropped off bnecause of stress and starvation, not healthy habits!)
This time I wanna do it in a healthy way!!

That's up 2.8lbs, which is really disheartening. But since last Monday, I raced in a 20K on Saturday, so was carb loading all weekend, and got a new scale, which had me gain 3 pounds.
Next week will get better.0 -

I just realized I posted in the wrong thread. Not awake yet. Anyhow...I'm at 188. That's 1 pound down this week. TOM is going to make it tough this week, but I'm hoping for at least another 1 pound loss next week.

Scale is going haywire- how I WISH I could believe what it's reading!!! (28 lb. loss in 1 week!) lol I guess I'll go with the same from last week for today's weigh-in- at least nothing feels tight!0

Weighing in at 245.0 lbs this morning (-0.6 lbs loss from the last WI). I'll definitely be changing some things up this week. I think I didn't lose as much because we've been eating dinner later than normal. And I gave up my protein shake since I was running low and wouldn't have time to go to the store. Good luck, ladies!0

Sort of off topic question, but, has anyone ever ordered swimwear from Venus.com?
There used to be a store that carried them around here but it closed. They have suits in various sizes which is helpful to those of us that aren't a 32A. This one actually has a slider back instead of the stupid ties that never hold the girls in:

Well I have spent the better part of the week (and still am) fighting a flu so I didn't weigh in this morning. Hopefully I am still sitting at 219 and it will pass soon, I am getting antsy to workout again!0

188.0 lbs
Down 0.4 lbs from last week's WI, but no change since my last MFP weight update. It's pretty disappointing, but I think I'm going to up my calories and see what happens.
I didn't get in an additional kickboxing workout, but I did get in an extra one, so I'm pleased with that. And I met my other goals last week, so it wasn't a complete fail.
