    Yay!!! I 'm down 5.5 pounds!! Thanks to this thread, which has helped hold me accountable. I hope everyone continues strong for the rest of the month.:smile:

    Okay, I have lost a bit more than 5... but when I said I wanted to do the challenge, I didn't know I was going to have to put my starting weight in June. So I think that would make me out of the challenge. LOL

    Good morning all.

    It is our last day in CO so that means sitting in the car a lot the next 2 days. I really hate sitting still. But once home back on track for exercise and eating.

    I forgot to report in last week so my losses are below:

    June 04 SW: 183
    June 11 Wk1 - 182.5 - 0.5 loss
    June 18 Wk2 - 181 - 1.5 loss

    Total 2lb loss

    Was hoping for a little more week 1, but eh it's down so that is good!! If I don't make the 5lbs, then at least I am aiming for it :tongue:

    Keep it up guys - we can do this.

    I am very sorry everyone I have been very MIA due to school, work, homework and NO WEIGHTLOSS!!!

    well It doesn't look like im gonna lose much more before I gain it back again lets just hope I don't start back at 190 again hahahahhaha!

    So ya I went full time at work and Im making double what I used to make in a month and my hubby should have a raise if not this summer then by january for sure. I also have a 9 month window of time where I won't have to go to school for summer and fall next year so We have been seriously thinking about trying to get pregnant around august or september so that I can aim for a baby being due right after finals in april! Im soooo excited and Im hoping that am successful in TTC. it has to happen before the end of the year tho cause I want the baby to be older than a few weeks by january of 2013 before I have to start back in school

    but the point is with any luck im going to be gaining weight again and therefore waiting another probably two years to get back to this point (one year to gain the weight and one year to lose the baby weight) lol

    Well, just holding my own this month. I've been sort of taking a vacation from tracking what I eat. I guess I'd better get back with the program. Congratulations to all who are losing!

    I started Jillian's 30 day shred on Monday - have done it every day. I've been working my butt off running, walking & doing Zumba. I just don't get it! Grrrrrr.....


    Just remember that sometimes after hard workouts our muscles retain water as they repair themselves.

    I know this sounds dumb but make sure you are getting enough to eat so that your metabolism is not slowing down.

    I am not going to make it this month, but glad to see I made it through vacation without damage to my weight. This past weekend was also tuff on my diet, played 7 softball games in 36 hours. This challenge definitely makes me watch what I eat. I will just have to see what the rest of the month brings with several days out of town for work.
