    :happy: Soooo excited!! I'm only 2.9 pounds away from my first real "goal" weight and I have 6 weeks left on my weight loss program. If I can keep up this trend, I can make it back down in the 150's! :happy:

    i did it guys! i'm down 6.5 lbs as of today and am hoping to lose at least another 1.5 - 2 lbs before the end of the month :laugh:

    I love summer. The kids are on my computer so much that this is the first time I can actually sit and type. Hopefully later today I can catch up with everyone's post. I can't do it right now because the daycare kids will start arriving soon.

    June 22: Missed weigh in, had a stomach virus and couldn't pry myself off the bathroom floor.
    June 29: 135 CW
    We'll see what one more day brings, maybe tomorrow I'll see 134!

    Final weigh-in tomorrow. How is everyone doing? I am a chronic daily weigher. On Monday I was up at 185 and was so discouraged because this was a gain of 1 pound and this morning I was back to 182. Go figure.

    I finally got brave and tried Greek Yogurt. I am a now a fan, but not sure if my memory is bad but to me it tastes like yogurt used to taste back in the late 70's when I first tried yogurt. Thick and tart but very tasty. I guess over the years they have been adding more and more sugar.

    This has been a great day for working out. I am the 100 mile challenge and I challenged myself to walk/run 100 miles and bike 100 miles. I was very short on the walking at the start of this week but it is only Wednesday and I have walked or ran 21 miles this week. Today I have gone 8.2 miles on my feet and biked another 15. I have burned over 2000 calories.

    As you can see by my ticker I made the challenge for biking and need a few miles tomorrow to get it for walking.

    so wish me luck im going on a date with my 3 year old and my hubby to the movies we are going to see cars 2! im going all out too having a drink and lots of popcorn with salt and tons of butter and maybe even a treat. also we are going out to dinner so im having enchiladas with sauce and tons of cheeese at los amigos. heck iv already gained 4 pounds this month so far right back up to 154 but oh well it will be a good ending to the month and a good starting point for next month so i can hopefully get myself under control before i try to get pregnant.

    Fantastic job Terri! I need to get myself motivated with walking/jogging, I think I may set a challenge for myelf for July :)

    What brand of greek yogurt do you like and do you eat it straight or mixed? I tried one before and it was horrible.. I think I may try a different brand as it's been MONTHS since I've had it..



    I, too, weigh daily, and I hate that I do. I love and hate seeing the weight change day to day..
    My starting weight on June 1st was 197.8 then June 7th: 199.8 , June 17th: 197.8 , June 21st: 196.8, so at this point I don't think I'll hit 192.8, but I'd be glad to be under 196.8... *sigh* my lowest mfp weight was 193.2 back in April and I have been up ever since. I'm hoping my strength training will pay off one of these days. Although, Kelly and I have been doing 30 day shred challenge to do 30days straight, today was day 17. I'm hoping to see at least a change in my measurements if not the scale..

    Down 7lbs...so far...today was a good day for food & exercise so hopefully I can get 1 more out of June.

    Best NSV - I have arrived into ONEderland! It's such a rewarding feeling to step on the scale and see that beautiful "1" leading the numbers! 5 1/2 months of hard work has paid off but I need to stay focused to hit my GW.

    6/3 - 138 pounds
    6/10 - 137 pounds
    6/17 - 135.5 pounds
    6/24 - 134 pounds
    6/30 - Final weight - 135.5 pounds

    Total lost for the month - 5.5 pounds

    Gained back the 1.5 pounds from last week :grumble: But I am down 5.5 pounds for the month, so I guess I can't complain. See every back here for the July challenge!!

    I had Yoplait and Chobana yogurt. Yogurt is usually my treat after a long workout and I figured the extra protien in Greek yogurt would be beneficial. I have read so many differing views of after workout protien drinks I figured why spend the money just eat something high in protien and ssome carbs.

    Weight this morning 182 . Only 2 pounds lost but what a great month of working out. On to the next month and more challenges and joys.

    Shooting for the 170's (again) next month.

    OMG! I had a bad day yesterday and i feel like crap this morning so I did not go to the gym :( I hope I feel better later and it’s not raining so I can go for a bike ride with the hubby. If all else fails I can walk on the treadmill.

    Level 2/Day 8 completed Jillian 30 Day Shred today! 18 days straight! Bru & I are both on a mission to do the 30 days straight! I'm so proud of BOTH of us! Once you get thru the first 5-6 days Jillian isn't so bad! :bigsmile: I've already lost 2 inches & the scale is finally being a little nice to me! :laugh:
