    Busy week, feeling like I'm carrying some water weight.
    I hope that's what it is.
    Need to get serious about my workouts again.

    UNHAPPY doesnt cut it. I have put on 3lbs and I have no idea why, I had one bad night at the beginning of the week but other than that Ive been good, so grumpy, I only had 1lb to go to my goal now I have 4lb :(

    back to 130lbs now :(

    Stick with it girl. You can TOTALLY do this. Don't let this small set back get you down!

    I was down to 161 exactly yesterday but I went on a binge last night..... Uh have to stop doing this! I have started back exercising this week though. I hope the row around the world challenge that I'm starting on Friday wil mean I have to keep it up for the sake of my ship mates. Theres still places in some boats or you can start one of your own if you wanna join too, just search row anround the world challenge on the boards.
    Pink are you going to run a july challenge? I hope my numbers will look better on that one!

    very upset about staying the same this week. On Monday I was down 2 pounds and then today I am back to the same as last week!! Not very happy about that. I also started zig zagging cals this week...i am hoping that it is going to work for me...i dont know....

    I have sinned, lost the will to loose weight and have been bingeing on chocolate, past, figs etc. Headed totally in the wrong direction and totally pi...ed off!

    June 1st (starting weight): 179.2 lbs
    June 9th: 186.0 lbs
    June 15th: 181.6 lbs
    June 22nd: 181.2 lbs down a measly 0.4 lbs
    June 29th: 183.0 back up 1.8 lbs
