    I'm not going to bother to weigh-in on the 1st. I will just use my last weigh-in as my finale # and next months starting #.

    I'm glad we get to post again on July 1st. Hoping to be at 139.5. Totally fell off the wagon for a bit this month, but climbed back on.
    Looking foward to next months challenge.....On vacation 1st week so could be challenge but hope to hang in there.....

    This is my final weigh-in for the month - 133.5. I gained 3 pounds, but look forward to the July challenge. Looking forward to seeing everyone int he July post!!

    Sorry. I havent had access to the scale while I have been on vacation. This could be bad. I will see if there is a scale in this hotel. Otherwise I will stick with my last weight.

    I went on a binge last night and couldn't bring myself to get on the scales this morning. So i've called my final weight the same as last wednesday, and I'll weigh in the morning to start the July challenge off if thats ok x

    Didn't quite get to goal, but it was a bit optimistic considering I've had a busy month!

    Stopped sinning slight improvement?

    June 1st (starting weight): 179.2 lbs
    June 9th: 186.0 lbs
    June 15th: 181.6 lbs
    June 22nd: 181.2 lbs down a measly 0.4 lbs
    June 29th: 183.0 back up 1.8 lbs
    July 1st 181.4 lbs overall up 2.2 lbs better do better next month?

    Hoping to do better next month. I wanted to use June 29th weight, but I'd only be kidding myself.....(and were only talking 1/2 pound, but psycologically it feels like 10). Tough month, better July I hope.
