Hi Everyone,
Sorry I missed last week as I was on the go.. travelling due to family stuff..
I gained as I expected since i did not get to do much exercise but ate a lot.. yek.. I can not seem to get below 140lbs atleast.. I keep going back and forth between 141 and 143...
Starting weight: 145
Goal weight: 125
June 1st: 143
June 8th: 142.5
June 15th: 141.5
June 22nd: 142(gained)

I have just about made my goal for this month. Only .4 to go. Now that my stress level is decreasing I should be able to accomplish this within the next few days.

Are we doing this in July as well?
To everyone who is showing a slight gain- hang in there the gain could be due to anything including water weight gain. You will make it and you can do it.0 -

It's been a hard week - my wife is in the hospital and my eating and exercise plan is out the window.
