Did I reach yesterday's personal goal? didn't set any
What did I do yesterday that I am proud of? took a 4 mile walk and didn't overdue it with food
What would I have done differently? track my calories

Did you stay within your nutritional goals? Saturday most likely not but did well on Sunday!..
Did I reach yesterday's personal goal? pretty much. (I really knew I wasn't going to be able to stay under my calories at the wine and food pairing.)
What did I do yesterday that I am proud of? Talking my dear hubby into a walk. Good on so many levels!
What would I have done differently? Pretty happy. Could have taken an even smaller portion of cheesecake- killer on the calories!!
What is today's personal goals? Weight training and cardio, stay under calories. A great family dinner at home tonight. I'm going to have to watch out!
