I just started with MFP Memorial Day weekend and didn't think of making a goal, much less a June goal. So, for June I'll make it my goal to establish a good habit of going to the gym everyday. I want it to be automatic; no inner debate. I also aim to enter in MFP all my food and exercise so that becomes a habit too. My goal then is to show up and write it down.

I need to get back on track myself!! I got sick a few months ago and lost all energy and will to work out. Now I have my gym membership back and started putting my food in MFP again to make sure I am not eating things that are bad for me. My goal for June is :
    1. work out 4-5 times a week at the gym
    2. stay at my calorie count with HEALTHY foods!!
    3. Lose 2-3, maybe even 5 lbs.

I have to find my motivation again, it is lost!! :)

I really enjoyed reading everyone's goals! I wish all of you much success!

As for me, I want to lose 5 pounds

Today I start Level 2 of the 30 Day Shred so I would like to trim some inches off of my stomach and hips.

Would also like to start riding my bike to work a few days a week to add to my other activities.

and the most important goal: Enjoy life! This summer will be hard on me because my youngest two are moving on to different colleges in the fall and I will have an empty nest. I plan to spend as much time as possible with my kids!

    1. Give up ribs and hot wings, esp the hot wings (I dearly love them)
    2. No more french fries (that one's easy)
    3. More water.
    4. Get into the 160s (I'm at 173 but going on vacation)
    5. Find a way to work out no matter how blasted hot it is in GA!

Keep on running. It's my new hobby as of a month ago and I'm really enjoying it! I ran 1 5k and signed up for another one coming up. Super excited! I can't wait to get out of work everyday so I can go home and run.

My June goal is to try and workout most everyday and maintain my weight were it's at now without going crazy with too little or too much food. MFP should hopefully keep that promise to myself.

My June mini goal is to be over the 180 obstacle. I'm currently at 182, and can't seem to drop those two off!

By the end of the summer, I'd like to be within 5-10 lbs of my current goal weight of 149.

I want to lose at least 8 lbs this month. Started you guys on 06/01 and I find it a tremendous help to know exactly what I eat. I am at 6.3 lbs lost so far, so maybe I can reach my goal for the month. I feel kike I am eating all the time but still not taking in enough calories. Any suggestions would be greatly appreciated.
